Rose is the best! She is a natural with kids. She has been filling in as our backup babysitter and our daughter instantly connected with her. Our daughter is in speech therapy, and the way Rose communicates with her is exactly how the speech therapist recommends. She is reliable, ensures a safe play environment, and is good at finding ways to stay engaged. Highly recommend!
