About Rose

Hi! I am Rose and my pronouns are he/they! My queerness is very important to me and working with families that are allies or fellow LGBTQIA+ is a must for me. I'm passionate about nurturing children and have devoted the last 10 years of my life to providing reliable childcare for families. From infants to preteens, I've had the privilege of caring for children of all ages, with a maximum capacity of four at a time. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to effortlessly connect with children and create a fun and engaging environment. I prioritize open communication with parents and always follow their preferred method of contact to provide regular updates about their child's day and address any concerns that may arise. Whether it's enforcing household rules or playing games like outdoor sports, board games, or technology-based apps, I adapt my approach to each child's interests and needs.
