About Izaya

As a childcare provider with three years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. I have experience working with children of all abilities, as a behavioral technician and para educator in the Vancouver school district. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my creativity and friendly approach, allows me to connect with children effectively. I believe in open communication with parents and provide daily written reports and verbal updates during pickup, using the preferred communication method of each family. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, educational games, and technology-based games. With my early childhood education coursework and training in First Aid, CPR, and early child development, I'm well-equipped to provide a safe and nurturing environment for up to three children, aged four to 11 or older.
