My experience includes working in an education setting for 11 years of which the last five I worked in Early Childhood education as a Teacher Aid specifically working with children 3 months to 4 years of age. During this time, my responsibility was to prepare children to enter kindergarten at an earlier time by introducing concepts that they would go on to explore further in kindergarten and elementary school. I planned and carried out a curriculum (PAT) that targeted different areas of child development, such as language, motor, and social skills. I love to work with children because there is nothing better, in my opinion, than being able to play all day with them because play is their work and through play comes learning.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Rosa for approximately 9 months. She has been providing care to my toddler girls, once a week since October 2018. Rosa is like family. My girls love her, and my husband & I trust her with them implicitly. She is an exceptional caregiver in every respect, and we have peace of mind leaving them in her capable hands. Rosa is also a gifted teacher. She arrives with thoughtful, fun and age-appropriate lesson plans for each of my little ones, and monitors their development. My husband & I often seek insight from Rosa, and couldn't be more pleased with how much our girls have learned from her. Hiring Rosa is like hitting the jackpot - any family would be lucky to have her in their lives!
