About Roman

Hello, my name is Roman, and I can't wait to meet you! I am currently a behavior technician at a center for young children with autism, working with them Monday through Friday, so it's easy to tell that I'm eager to positively impact the lives of children in my care. I'm a creative and friendly caregiver with experience caring for children ages 2-14, and I'm comfortable watching up to three children at a time, depending on age. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules. I understand the importance of clear communication, and I'll always follow your preferred method to keep you updated on your child's day or any issues that may arise. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I've pursued studies in child development.
