Malena worked with our infant (began at 6 months old and finished at 9 months old) for more than three months. Malena truly cares about and for the children she takes care of. She is energetic, attentive, loving, communicative, and always went the extra mile to make sure our daughter was comfortable and happy / smiling. Malena is observant and notices when something might be off, and she acts on it and tweaks routines (in consultation with / with the approval of parents) accordingly. We already miss Malena and would highly recommend her to other families looking for someone to take care of their child (or children; during a week when our older daughter's school was closed due to COVID she took care of two children and did amazingly!).
