We hired Roberta when my daughter was 6 months old and she has been taking care of Caroline for almost two years. Our needs have changed as Caroline is starting school and grandparents are retiring or we would continue to have her in our employ. Roberta genuinely loves my daughter and Caroline loves her in return. Roberta is very calm which helps to de-escalate toddler tantrums but also fun, as evidenced by the photos and videos of the two of them on their outings. She is extremely reliable, which is so important for two parents who work full time. I wholeheartedly recommend her as a caregiver and know that she will love your children.
