Rina has been amazing with my mom, who has dementia. After going into a memory care facility, mom became aggressive and combative towards the staff. We needed a caregiver to be with her, until we could get her on medicine to help even her out. Out of the different caregivers sent to help, Rina has been our favorite. She was the only one to keep us in the loop about how mom was doing during her shift and she keeps amazingly detailed notes. Her experience really shines through when you see her with my mom. She is so patient and takes the time to do things with mom to help keep her active, like walks around the facility or even just to get a coffee. I highly recommend Rina to anyone looking for an experienced, thoughtful and caring person to fill their caregiver needs.
