Heather worked for me in my home for six months and because she was so amazing when she started her in-home daycare I took my child out of his current daycare to have my child in hers because as of yet she is the best nanny I have ever used. I've gone through five nannies; as you can tell I am very picky on who watches my child and I would go as far as to leave my child with Heather in an emergency or on a week long trip. She is very proactive, organized and well put together. She always have lesson plans or plans out my child's day to fill in fun activities that incorporate learning. It's because of her that my child is prepared for preschool. I would have kept Heather if it wasn't for me becoming a stay at home mom. She makes sure my child is safe, nurtured and has a great learning/home environment. Not only does she keep my son engaged but when she worked in my home she was proactive and cleaned up all of my son's toys, helped pick up the kitchen and cleaned his bottles, took out the trash in the diaper genie and the daily up keep of my little one. Not to dote on her but we loved her as a member of our family and loved the fact that she was very observant and noticed the little things that needed to be done around the house to make it easier on us. She has a great attitude and my son loved her and always smiles when she is around.
