About Riley

Hello! My name is Riley and I am a 21-year-old college student looking for additional income while also pursuing my passion and gaining experience in the elementary education field! Additionally, I work part-time for a Non-Profit youth program here in Knoxville that serves under-resourced communities! Through my 2 years (ongoing) of experience at my job, I have undergone professional training and learned many useful skills that pertain to homework help, test prep, reading comprehension, phonics, spelling, and more! Also through my experience working with K-8 student's, I have learned that reading and math can be a sore spot for many students. However, I am dedicated to creating a positive, confidence-boosting experience for my students through patience, individualized teaching techniques, and positive-reinforcement!
