About Rhianna

I'd describe my personality as nurturing, perceptive, and grounded. I genuinely love working with children--their curiosity and sense of wonder bring me so much joy. I find it meaningful to support their emotional growth and create a space where they feel safe, seen, and supported. I'm looking for a full-time, long-term position with a family where I can build a consistent, trusting relationship. I value open communication and a collaborative approach. I began working with children in 2022 as a Registered Behavior Technician, supporting young children on the autism spectrum. I later pursued a graduate degree in psychology at Columbia, focusing on spirituality, eco-psychology, and child development. My skills include emotional awareness, developmentally informed care, and engaging, play-based and learning-driven interaction. I love spending time outside and encourage the children I work with to explore and connect with nature.
