About Charlotte

Hi! I'm a caring, patient, and dependable childcare provider with a background in psychology and education. I have experience working with children ages 5-12 as a Student Success Coach with City Year DC, where I supported students' academic, social, and emotional development. I enjoy creating a positive, engaging environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. I understand that every child has different needs and learning styles, and I love finding ways to help each child build confidence, develop new skills, and have fun along the way. I'm responsible, adaptable, and passionate about working with children, and I strive to make families feel confident that their children are in good hands. I look forward to connecting with a family I can support!
