About Renee

I am a certified EMT in the state of Washington and have provided 1000+ hours of medical pediatric care. I have completed over half of a degree in neuroscience, with a concentration in early childhood psychology. I'd describe my personality as silly, creative, and curious I like working with kids because I love seeing the look on their face when they learn something new. I'm looking for a job that encourages learning and creativity in their home. I started working with kids when I was 11 years old, and began babysitting my infant cousins. I started my medical care at 19 when working as a nurses assistant in a YMCA summer camp and at 20 I got my EMT. While working there, I specialized in first aid and peds disability support. In my spare time, I like to read and craft. One thing you should know about me is that I encourage the kids I care for to create, explore, and work their imagination muscles. My skills include emergency medicine, quick problem solving, and patience.
