My name is Michelle. I am currently majoring in Early Childhood Education. I am working on getting my Associate's Degree this year. I have always babysat in the summers since I was 16. My full-time job was babysitting 3 kids, they were all siblings, but not anymore because one of the parents isn't working anymore. I am looking for a job to work with children to gain that experience when I do apply to work at a school or daycare. I've had one internship at a Pre-K classroom in 2019 and I am qualified under the North Carolina Child Care Act (NCDHHS). I enjoy working with young children, watching them grow and learn is exciting. I would love to have a job where I can take care, play, and scaffold children's learning. It is important for them to have secure and trustworthy relationships with the adults they interact with for their development.

Michelle had been a blessing to our family. She graciously would accept jobs at a last minute's notice and was able to accommodate any changes we would have to make. Our children warmed up quickly to her and she responded in kind. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
