About Rebecca

I have over 18 years experience in the health field. I received my Home Health Aid certificate in 1997. I began my health career in Manhattan, where my primary focus was in Hospice care, caring for cancer patients, as well as elderly care, special diet preparation, personal care, incontinence, ambulation, home care and gaining experience working in a home setting. I then moved upstate in 1999 and continued home-care, gaining further experience with Alzheimer and dementia, developmentally disabled, diabetic testing and specialized diet, incontinence care, and ROM. I then furthered my education in 2007 and became a Certified Nurses Assistant. I worked at Golden Hill Health Care Facility for 6 years, gaining a strong experience with Alzheimer's and dementia, paralysis (partial and full), stoke, colostomy, special diet while still maintaining private care cases. I am trained to work both manual and electric lifts. I am reliable, with two reliable mode of transportation. I love caring for my clients and enjoy the companionship and relationship that grows between my clients and myself. I take pride in being thorough in my job while maintaining and caring and calming demeanor.
