I had the opportunity to observe Karen while she was taking care of my sister during the end stage of her life. Karen was very compassionate, capable and flexible to work any hours needed to make my sister's last months comfortable and less stressful on her and the family. Karen has the personality and skills to make her service in the home setting a pleasant experience not only for her patient but for the rest of the family as well.
