About Rayah

Nurturing young people and witnessing their growth has been a recurring thread throughout my life. In high school, I helped care for and guide my three younger siblings, developing a strong sense of responsibility early on. I also worked as an elementary school tutor during my senior year, supporting students academically and emotionally. As a college freshman, I coached high school seniors through the college application process, offering structure, encouragement, and practical guidance during a pivotal time. Today, I work as a garden educator, managing and leading both middle and high school classrooms. I am comfortable guiding groups, setting clear boundaries, and creating engaging, hands-on learning environments. My approach is patient, attentive, and grounded, and I take my role as a mentor and role model seriously. I value clear communication and aim to be a reliable, steady presence in the lives of the young people I support.
