About Lea

Passionate and experienced childcare professional with a diverse background in coaching and nannying. My journey with children began by coaching a group of 6- to 12-year-olds in volleyball for 2-3 years, where I discovered my love for nurturing young minds and helping them build confidence. As a certified C-license coach specializing in young children, I have honed my ability to engage and inspire kids through sports. Following high school, I served as an Au pair in Dumbo for two years, caring for four children aged 6, 8, 10, and 13. In this role, I created a supportive and nurturing environment, assisting with homework, organizing engaging activities, and acting as a mentor and friend. Additionally, I cared for a 16-month-old child for four months over the summer, providing attentive and loving care during this crucial developmental stage. During my college years, I also worked as a full-time nanny for children aged 6 and 8. I am CPR and First Aid qualified.
