About Raven

I'd describe my personality as, big energy, motherly, and observant. I like working with kids because, I come from a large family. As the oldest, I just love children now, the way they look at the world with fresh eyes. I'm looking for a job that, can be done with my own baby. I am a stay at home mom to a 10-month-old girl, and 6-year-old son. I started working with kids when, unprofessionally at 5 years old, I began babysitting when I was about 13. Then had my first child at 20. In my spare time, I like to do some gardening, home renovations, crafts, painting. One thing you should know about me is, I treat every child as if they are mine when an adult is not present. Children should always feel safe and loved while in someone's care. I strive to provide a consistent schedule and environment for my own children, and I would extend that to any child in my care. My skills include, cooking healthy and kid friendly meals. Cleaning, school work (worksheets), crafting and activities.
