Raquel has been amazing!! she's always on time and incredibly professional. I love that she's easy going with schedule changes and laid back enough to joke with. She's been great with my boys (whom can be challenging on a regular basis) and never seems to get stressed or impatient with them. Ive had nannies in the past that wouldn't really engage or converse with my toddler, or they'd just been the phone all day - she's not like that at all and we're so thankful for her :)
