Jessica is amazing! My 4 yo says she is very nice and really kind. My 12 yo comes out of "hibernation" whenever Jessica is here. And if that's not already a win in a mama's book, her time management and organization skills are very impressive! On day 1, when I came home from work, an hour after her start time, she already folded 1 load of laundry, another load was in the dryer, dinner was ready (and delish), and the kitchen was tidy! She takes our parenting rules into account. She is considerate, respectful, independent, reliable, caring, patient...I would highly recommend her!
