I worked mostly as a nanny in the past years since arriving here but I have also some costumer service, sales and clerk/receptionist work experience. Rafaela has worked as a full-time nanny with us for the past 15 months and she has really become an integral part of the family :) Our 2 boys love her! She takes excellent care of our sons and I am truly grateful for her. She is extremely patient, and doesn’t lose her cool even when our autistic 4 year old throws one of those tantrums where we are all trying to figure out what he wants. She is very responsible. Does the job without prompting or complaints. We are all going to miss her <3
