Hi! My name is Ellie, and I'm 22 years old. I'm patient, nurturing, dependable, and genuinely love caring for others. I've worked with children since fifth grade through children's ministry, and childcare has been a meaningful part of my life ever since. I'm the oldest of four siblings, and my family also fostered children, giving me experience caring for ages ranging from newborns to teenagers. Growing up as a pastor's kid and serving in ministry taught me to be compassionate, responsible, and dependable. I'm proactive and attentive-I notice what needs to be done and take initiative. I'm happy to help with meals, routines, tidying, errands, and keeping children safe, engaged, and having fun. I'm also a professional photographer with experience in hospitality, property management, and leadership. I've been trusted with significant responsibilities, clients, projects, and teams.
