About Rachel

Hi, I'm Rachel! I'm calm, caring, dependable, and genuinely love caring for children. Most recently, I've been a part-time nanny for a family with a 1-year-old girl and 3-year-old boy, caring for them individually and together, including full days. I'm comfortable with meals, diapers and potty routines, naps, active play, big emotions, and keeping little ones safe and engaged. I was also a full-time nanny for a 1-year-old earlier in life and have helped care for my two nephews, now 12 and 14, throughout their lives. As an artist and writer, I love encouraging creativity through art, games, stories, music, dancing, and outdoor play. I'm warm and playful while providing healthy boundaries, and prefer active engagement over screens. I'm hoping to find a family I can support consistently and grow with long-term. I'm happy to help around the home, too--and I love animals!
