About Shyah

Hi! I'm Shyah, and I have several years of experience working with children of all different ages. I've babysat for families with kids ranging from baby's to teens, and I really enjoy creating a fun, comfortable, and safe environment for them. I've also spent about 5 years coaching artistic swimming. During high school, I worked with the youngest group for 3 years, helping teach skills, lead practices, and work with kids as they learned and grew. For the past 2 years, I've been a head coach for a 13-15-year-old team, where I've been responsible for planning practices, teaching skills, choreographing routines, and supporting the team throughout the season. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I'm comfortable handling different personalities, ages, and needs. I'm patient, responsible, energetic, and genuinely love working with kids. I'm also happy to help with homework, meals, bedtime routines, activities, transportation, and keeping kids entertained.
