About Rachel

Hello! My name is Rachel and I have over 12 years of experience working with children in a wide variety of settings, including Montessori classrooms, summer camps, aftercare programs, and as a full-time professional nanny. My approach is playful, fun, patient, and based on a deep respect for the individual child's needs. I have extensive experience in early childhood and am fascinated by this unique and powerful stage in child development. Currently, I work with with 2 families who I've been with for a number of years. The children are now elementary age, so I help with school drop-offs and after school care.
