About Rachel

Hi! My name is Rachel and I am a 25-year-old map engineer trainer based in Filipinotown. I have my Masters degree in Geographic Information Science and am fluent in English and Spanish. While my job is teaching adults science, my background has been in teaching students age 3-12. In college, I was a summer nature instructor for 3-year-olds in groups of 15. I have worked in inner-city schools of Connecticut teaching and substituting as well. I have two younger siblings who I helped raise and consider paramount in my own emotional growth. I find that as adults, we have a lot to learn from not only children themselves, but the inner child that comes out when we are with them! I work remotely, but go into the office on Thursdays. I look forward to working together and brightening your children's future :)
