About Rachel

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, personable, and caring. I like working with kids because they bring joy to every little milestone that they are able to achieve! I'm looking for a job that can work with my schedule. A family that may be able to give a clear structured idea of how to help their children. I started working with kids when I was young as a teenager. I would babysit from my moms employer as she was and still is a house cleaner. I've worked in daycare as an assistant teacher for instants and worked my way up as a lead teacher for the 4 yo. class. Later on I worked for Lice Clinics of America that worked with many families in the DMV. Currently, I'm at Pediatric Specialists of Virginia as a HR&Credentialing Coordinator. I also still babysit the family that I have babysat for 10+ years time to time. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends, try new restaurants and bakeries. I also love going to different farmers markets during the warmer seasons.
