About Pippin

I have been a full time nanny for over 12 years, working with some truly amazing families and their children. I have experience with infants up through high school age, multiples, and special needs cases. Much of my special needs experience was gained from spending a year living and working as a foster parent to multiple children in Uganda, East Africa. I am also a full spectrum doula, a childbirth educator, an avid gardener, and a believer in nourishing food and ample time spent in nature. I have experience in a Waldorf classroom and a Montessori environment, both of which have heavily influenced my caregiving style, which first and foremost is child-led, respectful, and rhythmic. I fully believe that playing is the most important thing a child can do and all weather-outdoor play is essential! I also have a delightful 11-year-old daughter who has taught me so much and added joy and friendship to all of my nanny situations since she was born. I look forward to meeting you!
