After taking a break from caregiving for 3 years to try my hand in the Tech world, I am ready to come back to where I belong! I have experience with children 0 to 17 years with ALL needs. I am also comfortable with multiples. With a background in child development & special education, I try to make every experience a time for learning. My approach to caregiving would be most closely related to the Montessori style, with a focus on independence and respect for the child. I understand the value of a schedule as well as the value of children moving at their own pace.
