Phoebe was the worst child care provider we have had in 10 years of having caregivers in our home. Phoebe was always late, cancelled without telling us (8 times documented), and was mean to our children. We would not recommend Phoebe and would never trust her with our children or animals. Please, consider others before you hire Phoebe.
