Hello! I am looking for a family who's values are in alignment with mine. I take a gentle parenting/ Waldorf approach to nannying and appreciate an easy going family that allows me autonomy within in the family structure. I see nannying as being a very intimate job and love watching family grow. I am currently open to working part time with a consistent schedule. Because of the nature of the nature of this work, I am asking for retention contract if there is an extended period of time between negotiation and actual start date. I have 15+ years of child care experience ranging from nannying-camp counseling and swim lesson instructor ages 1-14. I also have experience with special needs children. I enjoy playing with children and taking them on outings/ spending as much time in nature when permitted, reading, dancing around in the living room with them, arts and crafts and playing music with them.
