About Penny

I have 18 years of government case management experience in which I helped individuals and families with life skills coaching, resource management and supportive services. I have 4 years of medical administration work helping patients and providers wade through the cumbersome task of dealing with medical insurance, claims resolution and insurance authorizations. I have had many elderly clients through the years. I have 6 years of part-time experience helping care for my elderly mother who had Alzheimer's disease. After seeing the hardship of many of my clients and my family as well, dealing with government bureaucracy to obtain the help and support needed to care for the elderly, I have become passionate about helping the elderly maintain their independence with dignity as long as possible. My knowledge and experience was very helpful for me in dealing with my mother as she suffered with Alzheimer's. I would love to be a blessing to others during this most difficult time.
