About Pearla

My name is Pearla. As the oldest of 3 and helping raise my sisters, it's shaped me to be the loving and nurturing person with mothering instincts I am today. Im flexible, adaptable, and friendly which allows me to be easy to work with. I have eight plus years of experience working as an on call babysitter along as a long term caregiver for a child on the spectrum. I've worked with children from ages 0-12. My approach for care is loving, caring, and extremely patient. My family and friends call me the baby whisperer for my ability to help put down a challenging baby to sleep. My care consist of outdoor play, imaginary play, and arts and crafts. I have the ability to work with energetic children & capable of calming and help regulate children's emotions. I understand the importance and the responsibility of caring for children making me committed to delivering exceptional care to ensure parents feel comfortable knowing they can trust me with their prized possession.
