Hi! My name is Chanel, but everyone calls me Toot! I am the older sister of four and younger sister of three, I've had and having my share of helping, raising, learning, and caring for my siblings on both my mom and dad's side. My siblings, along with the rest of my family play a big part in why I care for children and my abilities on how to. In the past years, I've babysat friends of the family, worked with the youth ministry at my church, past volunteer at Wesley House Community Center, and more. I graduated from The University of TN with a Bachelors in Psychology, which also allowed me to study children psych. I also teach dance to children and this experience alone has prepped me with the patience, creativity, and attentiveness all kids need and require! With personal experience along with educational, I know I'm capable of caring for your children and learning more about them.

Chanel babysat for our 6 month old and she was AMAZING! Our baby is usually very calm and sweet, but of course the one night we were going out she got a little cold and would NOT. STOP. CRYING!! I think she was crying for a couple hours unfortunately, but Chanel was so amazingly patient and kind with her. We felt so horrible leaving her while she was crying so much, but Chanel was truly wonderful and so gentle with her. Also, my husband and I were talking about moving the baby's laundry to the dryer before we left and we forgot to do it, and when we got home we noticed that Chanel took it on herself and had not only moved the laundry to the dryer for us, but had folded the other baby's laundry that was already in the dryer. We would not hesitate to hire Chanel again and would 1000% recommend her to anyone else! You were so wonderful Chanel! Thank you so much!!
