I bring over 16 years of experience caring for children ages 1 to 11, along with CPR and First Aid certification to ensure safety at all times. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. My strengths include behavior support, maintaining structured and consistent routines, and building strong communication with both children and caregivers. I enjoy engaging children through outdoor play, puzzles, educational games, and sensory activities that encourage exploration and learning.
