Hi, my name is Casey! I am a dedicated, compassionate, and highly dependable nanny with a strong eduaction background and extensive hand on experience with children. I hold two bachelors degree in psychology and criminolgy from Florida State University. This has help me gain a deep understanding of child development, behavior, communication, and creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. I have three years of professional expereince caring for children of all ages from newborns to teens. Additionally I have completed a demanding one year position for a family of three children, with one being special needs, working 60-70 hours a week, seven days a week. I am passionate about supporting childrens growth through patience, creativity, and engaging activites while maintaining a structured and safe routine. I value honest and respectful communication, recognizing that a strong partnership between parents is essential to providing the best care possible.
