I received my certification for Hospice Care from Laguna Honda Hospital in San Francisco. Outside of the basic caregiving needs, my background is in massage therapy/ rehabilitation therapy & palliative care. I specialize in rehabilitation & massage therapy for the terminally ill. I strive to create an environment of relaxation while delivering therapeutic results. My strength is addressing each patient's personal challenges to create a customized therapy plan, improving their overall health & quality of life. Paula cared for our mother for the last 2 years until we moved her into assisted living. Paula ran errands, took her to appointments, did light housekeeping, and meal prepped. This took a lot of stress and worry off of our family knowing she was cared for and had companionship. Paula is dependable and has great knowledge in nutrition and physical therapy.
