About Paula

I am a caring and responsible childcare professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and 9 years of experience working with children in educational and private-care settings. My background includes experience as a teacher, nanny, babysitter, and Home Health Aide, including extensive experience supporting children with special needs. I have completed 40-hour RBT training and am CPR/First Aid certified, with additional training in child development, safe sleep, health and safety, and early learning. I love creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow. I am patient, dependable, organized, and comfortable helping with meals, feeding, bathing, playtime, developmental activities, and sleep routines. Spanish is my first language and I speak conversational English. I am looking for a wonderful family where I can build a trusting, long-term relationship and become a reliable part of their children's lives.
