Kristina has been with our family for over a year and we have enjoyed having her apart of our family! We have two kids (ages 8 and 3 now) and they love her (as do we!) Kristina worked with us for a year as an after school sitter/driver for our eighth graders. She is super reliable, never called out, always let me know when she needed time off well in advance. Kristina has been incredibly reliable and very open to learning our parenting style and implementing it with the kids. My kids are always excited to be with her, mostly because she takes them on great outings and keeps them busy! Super nice person and really enjoyed meeting her. Hired her for Sundays and she accepted the job. We were all set for her to start work this Sunday. I told the other applicant who interviews the same day that I chose someone else and so would not pursue the other fine applicant. So tonight, I texted Kristina to ask a question  about doing an additional day and she informed me that she took another job  and "good luck"! She never informed us that she changed her mind about working which is extremely unprofessional. We would have been waiting for her on Sunday to go to work  and she would not have shown up! How someone does this is beyond understanding. Sad that there are a number of flakes on care.com who have no regard for their commitments. Kristina seems to be one of them!
