About Patrice

18-year-old senior in highschool Through my experience in child care, I've come to believe that children are clean slates constantly collecting information to learn and develop into proper young beings. That being said I also believe that it is our job to help nurture our children into these beings through the care we give them, to ensure that it is the right information that they are collecting and that they are safe while doing so. -Providing a safe environment for children to explore their curiosity and creativity. -Tailoring activities based on the individual needs of each child under care. -Developing creative ways to encourage learning through everyday experiences. -Assisting with meals, snacks, and nap time routines for the children. -Greeting parents upon arrival home from work and providing updates on the day's events.
