Hi! I am a 27-year-old Pediatric Occupational Therapist. My first job in 2013, was as a Child Care attendant for the YMCA where I was responsible for watching children while their parents were in the gym. I loved it and have never stopped working with children since! While in undergrad, I worked at a children's hospital working with children with various disabilities it was a great experience and I loved making a difference in each child's life. It is one reason why I choose to pursue a career as a Pediatric OT. I've been a Pediatric OT for 1 year and I love it!! I recently got engaged and decided to move back to my hometown to save up for the wedding! I am CPR certified and work with children M-F helping them meet their milestones. I also love working with the geriatric population and have had the opportunity to work at a geriatric daycare during my masters program.
