I have been a Registered Nurse for more than 35 years, a Mom, a former Girl Scout leader, and Sunday school teacher. I am confident you will find me as a great candidate to care for your children. Rest assured, I have the background check from Care. com AND I have had many years of continuous background checks and child safety training as a nurse. I am new to Care. com so, you won't see reviews for me yet. I am looking a small part-time income. I still work full-time thus, I am available for occasional childcare, not a nanny position. My favorite activities with kids are: board games, puzzles, educational games promoting learning, homework (honest!). I'm also happy to assist with reading, watching TV and with the right amount of blankets & chairs: I have been told I am an excellent fort maker! Pets are great & wonderful for children. Unfortunately, as sweet as cats are: I am highly allergic and won't be able to help you if you have a cat or recently had a cat in your home.
