Maintain constant communication with parents through enrollment, conferences, and direct personal communication. Create educational and recreational activities to develop children's emotional, behavioral, cognitive and social skills. Provide continuous supervision to children during indoor and outdoor activities, maintaining a safe-learning environment. Maintain daily records of children's individual activities, behaviors, meals and naps. Read to children and provide them painting, drawing, handicrafts and singing activities. Teach children about health and proper personal hygiene. Help potty train toddlers and change infant diapers.
