I'd describe my personality as caring, ambitious, responsible, patient, and dependable. I genuinely enjoy working with children and helping them feel safe, understood, and supported. Childcare is more than just a job to me, and I take pride in building trust with each child. I enjoy learning their unique personalities and creating an environment where they feel comfortable and confident. I have about five years of experience working with children in different settings. My experience includes babysitting, working as a Behavioral Technician, and serving as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I have worked with children in homes, schools, clinics, shelters, behavioral environments, and a mental and behavioral health hospital. Through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I have developed strong skills in supporting children with autism and behavioral needs. My top priorities are safety, patience, communication, and providing dependable, compassionate care.
