Orr watched our 21 month old for a week while I worked in LA. She drove him to the park, made him lunch, and even taught him how to spell his name! He was instantly comfortable with her and I trusted her immediately. She has reliable transportation and communicated with me throughout the day. At the end of the day, she even sent a schedule of everything that happened during the day with our son. Including when he ate, drank, had a diaper change etc. Orr went above and beyond! You will be very lucky to have her watch your kids!!
