About Nora

I have 5+ years of paid babysitting/tutoring experience with children of all ages including infants and am the proud mother of a 17-year-old boy. I work with several families providing evening/weekend assistance including date night and back up babysitting. I currently work full time in a NYC high school with adolescents/families as Parent Coordinator. I have a BA in Psychology/Sociology and years of post graduate training in child development. I am a hard worker, a good communicator and highly collaborative. I would describe my parenting style as a balance of nurturing, engaged, patient and loving with a good level of keeping structure and boundaries. Can assist with HW, activities, meal prep, housekeeping and/or pets. My goal is to carry out the plan/schedule you have in mind for your child and your home and to be as helpful to you as possible.
