She took care of my two kids when they were 3 and 6, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better babysitter. She is kind, reliable, and someone I trusted completely with my children. She always respected our parenting decisions and would check with me before doing anything outside of our usual routine. At the same time, she genuinely cared about helping the kids learn and grow. She even offered to teach them some Spanish because she thought they would enjoy it and benefit from it. I loved that she was always looking for little ways to make their time together meaningful. She was always on time, drove very safely, and was incredibly patient. Since she’s also a teacher, she has a great understanding of kids. She knew how to handle challenging moments calmly, guide them in a positive way, and communicate with me about anything that came up. The best part was how much my kids loved her. They were constantly asking when she was coming back and whether she would be there the next day. Kids are honest, and mine were always happy and excited to be with her. The only reason we stopped working together was because she became pregnant. Otherwise, I would have happily kept her with our family. I recommend her without any hesitation and know she will be a wonderful caregiver for another family.
