First and foremost, Noelle is dependable and always shows up on time. She listens to concerns and follows through. My son, who was born premature, needs more involvement and Noelle provides it. He smiles when he first sees her and enjoys spending time with her. She adapts to his routines and puts him first. I look forward to working with her for as long as she is able.
