About Katherine

Hi! My name is Dr. Katherine and I'm an assistant professor of pediatric nursing at FAU looking for part time work this summer. I have decades of experience working with children - I got my first babysitting job when I was 10 years old and I've been working with children ever since. Through the years I've worked with children of all ages, and also children with special needs. My skills include nursing care for children with special medical needs, developmentally appropriate care for children with special needs, and the ability to maintain a calm and supportive environment. I believe that every child is unique and valuable and deserves supportive care. I look forward to meeting you and your children!
